本案作為一個(gè)改善性住房，業(yè)主拿著戶型圖找到設(shè)計(jì)師楊岸江（江湖人稱改哥），原以為只是一個(gè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)老道的設(shè)計(jì)師，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)他的另一重身份--家里有兩個(gè)少爺?shù)哪贪帧Ｓ谑且慌募春稀?/p>

擁有豐富生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)的改哥用自己對(duì)生活的理解和對(duì)孩子的愛為業(yè)主打造了這樣一套 去風(fēng)格化 的專屬美宅。把設(shè)計(jì)師和奶爸的角色演繹的淋漓盡致。

改善性住宅給了改哥更多的可操作空間，電梯入戶的戶型讓鞋柜等儲(chǔ)物空間可以妥善的安排在入戶處，玄關(guān)處就更多了一份裝飾性。此處不做什么造型，僅僅用幾根線條做畫留給軟裝設(shè)計(jì)師更多的想象空間，達(dá)到移步換景的意境。

正如改哥所說，好的空間是利于孩子奔跑的，他完全貫徹了這個(gè)理念。把原本各種狹小的空間完全打開，再整合到一起，形成一個(gè)開闊的無障礙空間，能給孩子更多的玩耍空間。

好的設(shè)計(jì)是服務(wù)于生活的，合理的空間布局讓生活更加便利，把外陽臺(tái)納入到房間內(nèi)，增加儲(chǔ)物空間，引進(jìn)光線。化繁就簡(jiǎn)讓廚房到餐廳的生活動(dòng)線更加合理。

A good design is to serve life. A reasonable spatial layout makes life more convenient. Bring the outer balcony into the room, increase the storage space and introduce light. Simplify the complex so that the kitchen to the restaurant life line is more reasonable.

房?jī)r(jià)如此高的今天，設(shè)計(jì)師不僅要把控所呈現(xiàn)的效果，還要更大程度的利用空間。主臥處把原有的混亂空間整合，儲(chǔ)物間變成衣帽間，衛(wèi)生間徹底打開，大大提升使用感受。

Today, with such a high house price, designers should not only control the effect presented, but also make greater use of space. The master bedroom integrates the original chaotic space, the storage room becomes a cloakroom, and the toilet is completely opened, greatly improving the use experience.

改哥用分色的手法，打破常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)的一成不變，讓空間變得更活躍，平添一分美感。
