項(xiàng)目概況：

套內(nèi)使用面積不足60平，有限的空間內(nèi)，需要滿足三居室功能的空間布局，營(yíng)造一個(gè)有品位、舒適且能滿足大小收納的居家空間。

設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)：
破局：從原始空間結(jié)構(gòu)入手，面對(duì)原始戶型四處門(mén)洞開(kāi)口、通道，打破固有思維，將門(mén)洞入口進(jìn)行調(diào)整。散中規(guī)整，梳理出幾面整墻，順墻面布局，營(yíng)造圍和空間。原始進(jìn)主次臥門(mén)洞封閉，梳理出兩面整墻，使得客餐廳空間瞬間變寬敞，客餐廳靠三面整墻進(jìn)行布局，中間留出活動(dòng)區(qū)，建立圍和空間，提高居住溫度。
秩序：重新梳理空間動(dòng)線，建立合理有效的居住習(xí)慣動(dòng)向秩序，以客餐廳為中軸線，分為三條主動(dòng)線。一條為廚衛(wèi)與客餐廳共用動(dòng)線，往左則是生活陽(yáng)臺(tái)與次臥共用動(dòng)線，往右則是多功能室與主臥共用動(dòng)線。
借光：尊重并充分利用自然光照，以客餐廳為圓心，縮短光線到中心路徑。1，窗戶進(jìn)入光線不遮擋。2，廚衛(wèi)門(mén)門(mén)開(kāi)合之間光線的借入，帶來(lái)干凈清楚的視覺(jué)效果。

重新布局的客廳能夠恰恰放下三人位沙發(fā)，保證客廳功能的完整性。黑色茶幾的加入豐富空間的層次，柜子色調(diào)與空間色調(diào)形成反差，擴(kuò)寬了空間的視覺(jué)張力，簡(jiǎn)潔干練的同時(shí)不會(huì)顯得單一。

客廳電視墻設(shè)計(jì)柜體與洗漱臺(tái)的結(jié)合，功能疊加，輔助客廳收納的同時(shí)，實(shí)現(xiàn)干濕分離。右側(cè)門(mén)后是衛(wèi)生間，因?yàn)樵济娣e原因，本身空間局促。通過(guò)分析需求和對(duì)空間的重新整合，將洗漱臺(tái)與電視墻作為一個(gè)整體設(shè)計(jì)，在解決使用需求的同時(shí)，將其融入到客廳的整體氛圍中。

推開(kāi)入戶門(mén)，端口增加端景玄關(guān)墻，增加歸家儀式感。左側(cè)墻面強(qiáng)弱電箱前掛穿衣鏡面實(shí)用的同時(shí)，入戶寬度得到延伸。右側(cè)設(shè)計(jì)鞋柜儲(chǔ)物區(qū)，柜子轉(zhuǎn)角與餐廳卡座順勢(shì)結(jié)合，在形式上讓空間更具流動(dòng)連貫性。餐廳卡座與儲(chǔ)物柜、書(shū)柜、書(shū)桌的構(gòu)成與結(jié)合，更使空間體塊得到延展，儲(chǔ)物功能與使用功能得到強(qiáng)化。

劃分書(shū)房與休息兩大功能區(qū)。書(shū)房與餐廳空間連貫疊加，模糊界限，同時(shí)并建立進(jìn)主臥過(guò)道區(qū)。休息區(qū)設(shè)置榻榻米，滿足儲(chǔ)物與睡覺(jué)功能，以極窄長(zhǎng)虹玻璃雙推門(mén)進(jìn)行隔斷，保證隱私的同時(shí)，也不影響光線的進(jìn)入。
