設(shè)計(jì)主創(chuàng)：葉婷、李銀

功能改造:/原始空間缺大宅空間即視感，空間動(dòng)線、功能不夠明確/

原始戶型進(jìn)門、走道狹長。餐廳面積小，寬度太窄。廚房面積偏小，不開闊。臥室動(dòng)線功能需重新梳理。衛(wèi)生間無采光和通風(fēng)。

/合理規(guī)劃區(qū)域，提高空間利用率/拆除儲(chǔ)藏間，重新定義門廳及餐廳區(qū)域；原本進(jìn)門正對的是內(nèi)凹的陰角L 型轉(zhuǎn)折墻面，背后是一個(gè)臥室空間，我們想打破陰角的邊界關(guān)系，在兩個(gè)墻面轉(zhuǎn)角處斷開，中間做一個(gè)藝術(shù)玻璃隔斷，讓視線和墻面材質(zhì)有一個(gè)向內(nèi)的延伸感，更重要的是讓進(jìn)門亮起來，讓背后臥室的陽光通過玻璃引入進(jìn)來，打開門的瞬間就可以感知到眼前一片明亮，用光影來營造有溫度的空間氛圍，從而來間接的影響和改變?nèi)说那榫w。打開陽臺彌補(bǔ)中廚面積小設(shè)置西廚、電器高柜、吧臺區(qū)，綜合多功能區(qū)；重新梳理空間的動(dòng)線及功能布置；主臥室和內(nèi)衛(wèi)調(diào)整空間結(jié)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)衛(wèi)生間三分離設(shè)計(jì)，提升使用品質(zhì)。

/客廳 LIVINGROOM

作為家里的核心區(qū)域之一，客廳是容納一家人活動(dòng)的場所。造型簡約的家具和極致簡單的電視背景墻為全家人騰出了足夠的區(qū)域。

As one of the core areas of the home, the living room is the place to accommodate the family's activities. The minimalist-shaped furniture and the extremely simple TV backdrop make enough area for the whole family.

墻面和吊頂都有細(xì)致的雕花，細(xì)微之處彰顯優(yōu)雅浪漫。

The walls and ceiling are meticulously carved, with subtleties that reveal elegance and romance.

布藝，皮質(zhì)，這些材質(zhì)足夠溫暖舒適，即便金屬加入也不會(huì)沖淡空間的溫度，反增幾分時(shí)尚氣息。

Fabric, leather, these materials are warm and comfortable enough, even if metal is added will not dilute the temperature of the space, but add a few fashionable atmosphere.

干凈的沙發(fā)背景墻被用作收納，展示區(qū)書架用黑色凸顯，質(zhì)感十足。

The clean sofa back wall is used as storage, and the display area is highlighted in black for a textured look.

/餐廳 DININGROOM

餐桌是空間的一大亮點(diǎn)。一抹黃色嬌嫩亮眼，讓優(yōu)雅的黑白空間立刻俏皮活潑起來。

The dining table is one of the highlights of the space. A touch of yellow is delicate and bright, making the elegant black and white space immediately playful and lively.

萬物皆有裂痕，那是光照進(jìn)來的地方。餐廳一角狹長的玻璃墻為空間引來自然光，小小的空間也沒有浪費(fèi)，置物架無論是放上工藝品還是擺上一盆花，都會(huì)充滿詩情畫意。

Everything has cracks, that's where the light comes in. The narrow glass wall in one corner of the dining room draws natural light into the space, and the small space is not wasted. The shelves are full of poetry whether you put artifacts or a potted flower.

/廚房 KITCHEN

熱愛生活的業(yè)主少不了中西兩個(gè)廚房。中廚烹飪溫情，西廚制造情調(diào)。

A homeowner who loves life can't live without two kitchens: Chinese and Western. The Chinese kitchen cooks warmth and the Western kitchen creates mood.

面朝陽光的西廚還可以做水吧，品茶靜思放空自我，是愛茶業(yè)主首選的休閑區(qū)。

The west kitchen facing the sunlight can also be used as a water bar to sip tea and meditate, which is the preferred leisure area for tea-loving owners.

/主臥 BEDROOM

休憩空間清爽簡約，擁有大而時(shí)尚的衣帽間和充足的儲(chǔ)物空間。簡單實(shí)用的小桌可用來臨時(shí)看書，也可以做簡易的梳妝臺。

The bedroom is refreshingly simple, with a large and stylish checkroom and ample storage space. The simple and practical small table can be used for temporary reading or as a simple dressing table.

/衛(wèi)生間 BATHROOM

自然光線充足的洗手間以黑色為主色也毫無壓力。大理石的紋理自帶水墨畫效果，質(zhì)感無與倫比；洗手臺分散的光線與白色搭配，與黑色碰撞，視覺效果拔群。

The natural light of the bathroom with black as the main color is also no pressure. The marble texture comes with ink painting effect, the texture is unparalleled; the sink disperses the light with white and collides with black, the visual effect is outstanding.
