The project is located in JiangningDistrict of Nanjing, where the scenery of Fangshan is abundant and the QinhuaiRiver is permeated with thousands of years of literary charm.

Chapter 1設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)造客戶價(jià)值

?洞察 | 客戶價(jià)值南京人，既有北方的端莊渾厚，又有南方的靈巧細(xì)膩，豁朗大氣卻不乏謙遜與低調(diào)，他們始終在追尋一種愜意、優(yōu)雅的人文情結(jié)。

Nanjing people, both dignified of the Northand dexterous and delicate of the South, are not only magnanimous but alsomodesty. They have always been in pursuit of a cozy and elegant humanisticcomplex.?

?思考 | 設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā)點(diǎn) 設(shè)計(jì)以創(chuàng)造客戶價(jià)值為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，深入探尋屬于當(dāng)代人愜意、品位的生活方式，重塑南京生活的東方意蘊(yùn)，傳遞項(xiàng)目人文、詩(shī)意的品牌內(nèi)涵。

Taking creating customer value as thestarting point, this design in-depth explores a comfortable, tasteful lifestyle which belongs to the contemporary people. It reshapes the Orientalconnotation of Nanjing life, and conveys the humanistic and poetic brandconnotation of the project.

?關(guān)注 | 社會(huì)價(jià)值

設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)注的不止設(shè)計(jì)本身，更在于根植空間中的用戶體驗(yàn)，帶給人們愜意與美的居住體驗(yàn)，為客戶創(chuàng)造價(jià)值的同時(shí)，也讓設(shè)計(jì)回歸生活、美好生活。

Design concerns not only the designitself, but also the user's experience rooted in the space. It brings peoplecomfortable and beautiful living experience and creating value for customers,and also lets the design get back to life and makes life better.

簡(jiǎn)，是一種生活方式，也是一種開(kāi)放、包容的人生態(tài)度。

簡(jiǎn)單的空間總是耐看，簡(jiǎn)潔的線條、純粹的色彩，用自然的材料去喚醒人們的人文記憶，予人簡(jiǎn)潔通透、闊達(dá)包容的初印象。

Simplicity is a way of life and also anopen and inclusive attitude towards life.

Simple space is always durable withsimple lines and pure color. It uses natural materials to awaken people'shumanistic memory, and gives people concise, transparent and broad inclusivefirst impression.

燈光似流水般洗過(guò)墻面，輕盈的線條與天然的銀灰洞石，在空間形成流動(dòng)空靈的光影，還原江南深巷里的園林舊貌。

While the light washes the wall likeflowing water, the light lines and the natural silver stone form the flowingand ethereal light and shadow in the space. It restores the old appearance ofthe garden in the deep lane.

? 解讀 | 灰度美學(xué)

讀 | 灰度美學(xué) '美’之于藝術(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)的意義，是一種多維度的嘗試、一種對(duì)生活的思考。灰度美學(xué)是主觀美和客觀美的統(tǒng)一，只有符合客觀美的前提下，主觀美才有價(jià)值。

The meaning of beauty in art and design is a multi-dimensional attempt and areflection on life. Gray shade aesthetics is the unity of subjective beauty andobjective beauty. Only if under the premise of objective beauty, subjectivebeauty has value.

| 平衡客戶訴求平衡客戶訴求在主觀美層面，設(shè)計(jì)更多地從客戶訴求出發(fā)，平衡時(shí)間、成本、美學(xué)等多維度的需求，打造了一個(gè)具有當(dāng)代人文氣息的國(guó)際東方體驗(yàn)空間。

In terms of subjective beauty, morebased on customer demands, the design balances multi-dimensional demands suchas time, cost and aesthetics, thus creating an international Orientalexperience space with contemporary humanistic atmosphere.

?客觀美 | 回歸設(shè)計(jì)美學(xué)觀美在客觀美層面，我們回歸到設(shè)計(jì)美學(xué)的本質(zhì)，通過(guò)元素、色彩、材質(zhì)等設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言，重新探索了一種人文、愜意的生活方式。

On the level of objective beauty, wereturn to the essence of design aesthetics. Through elements, colors, materialsand other design languages, the design reexplores a humanistic and comfortableway of life.

設(shè)計(jì)以南京的自然山水、人文古韻為創(chuàng)作靈感，貫穿當(dāng)代、簡(jiǎn)潔的設(shè)計(jì)手法，以無(wú)形應(yīng)有形，寫意國(guó)際東方人文、愜意的品位生活。

The design is inspired by Nanjing'snatural landscape and cultural ancient charm. Through the contemporary and simpledesign techniques and in manner of invisible should be visible, it creates a freehandstyle of international Oriental culture and comfortable life with taste.

△ 原石雕刻

純粹的白色塊面與粗獷的原石雕刻，穿插出一種東方園林屏風(fēng)的“漏景”韻味。

Pure white block surface is includedwith rough stone carving, creating a kind of screen "leakage scene"charm of Oriental garden.

細(xì)節(jié)的詮釋，是恰到好處的精致。詩(shī)書、墨壺、畫框靜默于書架盒子，文雅之風(fēng)在此蕩漾。

The interpretation of details is justright delicate. Poems and books, ink pots and painting frames are silently onthe bookshelf, and the cultured ethos is ripping here.

下沉式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，一隅自成天地，光火明暗之間，似隔非隔的“墻”，隱約、朦朧間透著幾縷東方的詩(shī)意。

A reading area is done by sunkenstructure. Between the light and shade and through the "pane wall", itreveals a few wisps of Oriental poetry faintly and hazily.

Chapter 3人文思考

記憶空間簡(jiǎn)潔、愜意，卻沒(méi)有忽視對(duì)人文、品位的需求。通過(guò)對(duì)文化解讀，形成空間的文化標(biāo)簽，為人們帶來(lái)生活藝術(shù)的品位提升。

The space is simple and comfortable,but it doesn't ignore the demand for humanity and grade. Through theinterpretation of culture, it forms the cultural label of space, and thequality of life art is improved for people.

? 傳承 | 因地制宜、與時(shí)俱新

制宜、與時(shí)俱新 | 因地制宜、與時(shí)俱新設(shè)計(jì)著眼于當(dāng)代南京人的精神需求，弱化傳統(tǒng)售樓處的商業(yè)性質(zhì)，將園林中“園”、“巷”的人文意境體現(xiàn)于此，賦予空間更具深度的多維認(rèn)知與感悟。

The design focuses on the spiritualneeds of contemporary Nanjing people, and weakensthe commercial nature of the traditional sales office. It embodies thehumanistic artistic conception of "courtyard" and "lane" inthe garden, and endows the space with more in-depth multi-dimensional cognitionand perception.

? 重塑 | 生活方式

式生活方式是一種文化映照、一種價(jià)值折射。當(dāng)文化、藝術(shù)與空間互相融合，空間才能真正成為生活的一部分，重塑屬于當(dāng)代人的一種人文、愜意的生活方式。

Life style is a kind of culturalreflection and a kind of value reflection. Only when culture, art and space areintegrated can space truly become a part of life and reshape a humanistic andcomfortable way of life belonging to contemporary people.

文化與情感在悠久的時(shí)間里積淀與發(fā)酵，從歷史源頭汩汩而來(lái)的秦淮河，在竹子、粗陶、石材的自然肌理間靜水流深。

While culture and emotion have beenaccumulated and fermented for a long time, the Qinhuai River, which sprang fromits historical source, runs deep amid the natural texture of bamboo, coarsepottery and stone.

提取張大千《江山萬(wàn)里圖》的墨青色點(diǎn)染空間的人文底色，藤編、麻織嚴(yán)密織著的起伏，讓人從繁雜喧囂中扯脫，綠意靈動(dòng)間，獲得當(dāng)下的靜心安寧。

This paper extracts the ink blue colorof Zhang Daqian's The Painting ofMountains and Rivers and brings out the cultural background of the space.and the ups and downs of the cane weaving and hemp weaving tightly woven makepeople get rid of the complicated and noisy city so as to obtain the peace andquiet of the present in the vivid and lively greenery.

江南水鄉(xiāng)的美在空間的一角恣意流淌，余韻靈動(dòng)的水墨紋理，讓空間視線在此聚焦，文人雅士的情懷自空間細(xì)處彌散而出。

The beauty of south regions of theYangtze River is flowing freely in the corner of the space. The vivid inktexture makes the space focus, and the feelings of literati are dispersed fromthe detailed parts of the space.

設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)讓客戶價(jià)值與社會(huì)價(jià)值趨同，為客戶創(chuàng)造價(jià)值的同時(shí)，也應(yīng)該回歸生活、美好生活，給人們帶來(lái)愜意與美的居住體驗(yàn)。

The design shouldmake customer value and social value converge. While creating value for customers, itshould also return to life and make life better, and brings people acomfortable and beautiful living experience.
