福田區(qū)隸屬于廣東省深圳市，是深圳市中心城區(qū)，市委市政府所在地，位于深圳中部，東起紅嶺路與羅湖區(qū)相連，西至僑城東路、海園一路與南山區(qū)相接，南臨深圳河、深圳灣與香港新界的米埔、元朗區(qū)隔河相望，北至白眉石、大腦殼、黃竹園等山脊與龍華區(qū)民治街道毗鄰。

隨著人們審美意識(shí)的提高,生活質(zhì)量的提高,個(gè)性化、現(xiàn)代化的居室裝飾漸漸成為大部分住房用戶的新?lián)瘛６S著歲月的變遷,現(xiàn)代的居住的空間環(huán)境,陳設(shè),工程結(jié)構(gòu),工藝與社會(huì)意識(shí)和文化素質(zhì),審美都發(fā)生了變化。而景觀改造就是使整個(gè)居住的環(huán)境更加舒適。

△舊宅實(shí)景

住宅是景觀的一部分，如今深圳市是一個(gè)高度發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)，老宅所在的福田區(qū)更是位居深圳的經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)中部，是深圳市的中心城市，所以我們根據(jù)老宅的地區(qū)特征，有了對(duì)老宅改造最初的風(fēng)格和設(shè)計(jì)走向。

如何改造老宅使其能夠和現(xiàn)在的景觀融合在一起,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)師來(lái)說(shuō)都是挑戰(zhàn)。

舊宅記錄了深圳原住民的歷史人文風(fēng)貌，時(shí)過(guò)境遷，如今的舊宅隨時(shí)代的發(fā)展已經(jīng)滿足不了當(dāng)代人的需求。

改造目標(biāo)為兩個(gè)部分，一是兼具宜居和便捷，在原有的住房功能之外根據(jù)甲方的喜好對(duì)老房進(jìn)行改造；二是融入公共活動(dòng)空間，并賦予藝術(shù)價(jià)值，由設(shè)計(jì)師之手進(jìn)行合理科學(xué)并具有藝術(shù)價(jià)值的改造。

然后接下來(lái)所需要的，就是慢慢等待......

聽(tīng)見(jiàn)別人，也洞見(jiàn)自己。

在江南的雨季，一陣細(xì)雨，人在屋檐下躲雨，窗外雨打芭蕉，檐下燕輕撫過(guò)水面，蕩起層層漣漪

In the rainy season of south of the Yangtze River, a drizzle, people shelter under the eaves, rain outside the window dozen plantain, yan under the eaves caress the water surface gently, slant layer upon layer ripple

人生數(shù)不清有太多的美麗與驚喜，都在沉靜的陪伴中宣泄

讓我們順著時(shí)光一起老去，讓我們肩并著肩笑看風(fēng)雨

姐姐閑坐下來(lái)，喝上一杯熱茶

眉挑著煙火過(guò)一生，生活應(yīng)該就是這么的平凡而溫暖

對(duì)于好書(shū)的人，搬家什么都能丟，唯一不能丟的就是書(shū)

藥可醫(yī)身體的疾苦，書(shū)可愈精神的荒涼

For good books, what can be lost when moving, the only can not be lost is the book.Medicine can cure the suffering of the body, the book can heal the spirit of desolation
