本案屋主是典型的兩大一小家庭，作為新興上海精英階層的代表，經(jīng)過多年打拼，把家搬到了坐擁黃浦江一線江景的陸家嘴。

房子的優(yōu)勢很明顯，客廳較為開闊，陽臺標(biāo)配落地窗，將浦東浦西兩岸地標(biāo)建筑盡收眼底。劣勢也很明顯，承重結(jié)構(gòu)較多，改造空間很小，為整體的平面優(yōu)化帶來很大的難度。

改造思路

針對戶型自身的承重結(jié)構(gòu)較多以及空間分配的不合理性，設(shè)計(jì)師將每個(gè)空間逐一優(yōu)化：

① 將廚房打通用作開放式廚房，原本一間局促的公衛(wèi)改造成儲物間和客房，煙道結(jié)合玄關(guān)一體成型增加入戶儀式感。

② 為了解決廚房光線較暗的問題，設(shè)計(jì)上運(yùn)用軟膜天花來模擬天光，細(xì)節(jié)上通過異形頂來弱化三角形廚房所呈現(xiàn)的比較生硬的感覺。

③ 主臥與旁邊臥室空間互借解決收納問題，傾斜的墻體拉平的同時(shí)把收納運(yùn)用到極致。

④ 書房的空間通過翻板床與書柜一體設(shè)計(jì)，大大增加的視覺的延伸。

⑤ 兒童房進(jìn)門的方向小小的更改便能解決兒童活動空間及收納問題。

/ 玄關(guān) /

弱化原本入戶的三角區(qū)域，將入戶死角拉平設(shè)計(jì)成收納柜加換鞋區(qū)。

玄關(guān)使用了水磨石輔以簡潔的造型，加入了線性燈光的裝點(diǎn)，凸顯出滿滿的儀式感，同時(shí)也銜接了餐廳和廚房兩大功能區(qū)。

Weaken the original triangle area of entering the house, flatten the dead corner of entering the house, and design it into a storage cabinet and shoe changing area. Terrazzo is used in the porch, supplemented by simple modeling and linear lighting, highlighting the sense of ceremony. At the same time, it also connects the two functional areas of restaurant and kitchen.

/ 客廳 /

電視被嵌入懸挑式的收納+展示柜，不會感覺太厚重，黑與白的搭配也更顯干練與簡潔。

了解到屋主喜歡中國傳統(tǒng)文化，設(shè)計(jì)師專門為屋主定制了一面“活字”造型的手工木刻裝飾墻，并鐫刻了屋主最喜歡的《念奴嬌·赤壁懷古》。

The TV is embedded in the cantilevered storage + display cabinet, which will not feel too heavy, and the collocation of black and white is more capable and concise. Knowing that the owner likes Chinese traditional culture, the designer specially customized a manual wood carving decorative wall with "movable type" shape for the owner, and engraved the owner's favorite "niannujiao Chibi nostalgia".

客廳的跨度適中，客餐廳一體化后，整體的空間感還是比較開闊。

坐擁黃浦江一線江景的陽臺，既是客廳的延伸部分，又是半室外的休閑區(qū)。迎著初秋的海風(fēng)，心情無比舒暢，坐看天上云卷云舒，俯瞰萬家燈火，杯觥交錯(cuò)間已是醉意微醺……。

The living room has a moderate span. After the integration of guest restaurant, the overall sense of space is still relatively open. The balcony with a first-line river view of the Huangpu River is not only an extension of the living room, but also a semi outdoor leisure area. Facing the sea breeze in early autumn, I feel very happy. I sit and watch the clouds in the sky, overlooking thousands of lights. I'm drunk.

/ 餐廳 /

意式大理石餐桌，內(nèi)嵌頂天立地的餐邊柜，加上燈光的烘托，讓餐廳充滿儀式感。

Italian marble dining table, built-in indomitable side cabinet, and the contrast of lights make the restaurant full of ritual.

/廚房/

大L型的開放式廚房布局，讓空間更為開闊通透。

黑色下柜和白色上柜的經(jīng)典組合，則更具視覺沖擊力。為了解決廚房光線較暗的問題，設(shè)計(jì)上運(yùn)用軟膜天花來模擬天光，細(xì)節(jié)上通過異形頂來弱化三角形廚房所呈現(xiàn)的生硬感覺。

The large L-shaped open kitchen layout makes the space more open and transparent. The classic combination of black lower cabinet and white upper cabinet has more visual impact. In order to solve the problem of dark light in the kitchen, the soft film ceiling is used to simulate the sky light in the design, and the rigid feeling presented by the triangular kitchen is weakened through the special-shaped roof in detail.

/主臥/

書房近一半的空間借給了主臥，設(shè)計(jì)了一間步入式獨(dú)立衣帽間。

衣帽間配置的意式膚感皮質(zhì)移門來自 IRON?PLUS 朝鐵極窄系統(tǒng)內(nèi)門，有著非常完美的質(zhì)感。

Nearly half of the study space is lent to the master bedroom, and a walk-in independent cloakroom is designed. The Italian skin leather sliding door configured in the cloakroom comes from the inner door of iron ? plus towards the extremely narrow system, which has a very} perfect texture.

床頭位置原本為傾斜的墻體，拉平的同時(shí)把收納運(yùn)用到極致。落地窗將浦江美景盡攬眼底。

The head of the bed was originally an inclined wall, which leveled and applied the storage to the extreme at the same time. Floor to ceiling windows take a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of the Pujiang River.

/兒童房/

兒童房的設(shè)計(jì)充分關(guān)照到孩子天性好動、喜歡探索的特點(diǎn)，高低床靠墻擺放，騰出空間給孩子活動。

床的下鋪為睡眠區(qū)，上鋪則是小朋友的秘密“樹屋”。

The design of children's room fully takes into account the characteristics of children's active nature and like to explore. High and low beds are placed against the wall to make room for children's activities. The lower bunk of the bed is the sleeping area, and the upper bunk is the children's Secret "tree house".

/多功能房/

書房兼具了客房的功能，雖然借給主臥一個(gè)衣帽間的空間，但是利用過道設(shè)計(jì)的一組頂天立地的書柜，收納量完全沒有減少。
The study has the function of guest room. Although it lends a cloakroom space to the master bedroom, the storage capacity of a group of indomitable bookcases designed by the aisle has not been reduced at all.
