位于【合肥-翡翠天際】的110㎡三室兩廳精裝房改造，在夏末秋初的時節(jié)落下帷幕。

秉承對生活實(shí)用性的追求，在原始精裝房之上，增加儲物空間，沉淀結(jié)構(gòu)布局，喚醒屬于生活本身的詩意。

Living room

精裝房改造強(qiáng)調(diào)功能與生活場景的流動及融合，重裝的灰色地磚打底，奶咖色家具潤澤，在自然光線映襯下，俊逸悠然。

The renovation of the hardcover room emphasizes the flow and integration of functions and life scenes.

The gray floor tiles and milk coffee color furniture are very beautiful together with natural light.

懸空電視背景墻不只是單純的線性敘事，增加儲物空間、搭配地臺，打破精裝房固有場景姿態(tài)，定格視覺落點(diǎn)，真真切切鏈接人與空間。

The hanging TV background wall is not just a simple linear narrative.

It increases storage space and matches the platform to break the inherent scene and posture of the hardcover room,

freeze the visual focus, and connect people and space.

Dinning room

移步換景，餐廳線條現(xiàn)代而清簡，自由中透著秩序。

黑與白，著空間之雋永，足以抵擋世俗喧囂。

The lines of the restaurant are modern and concise, and order is revealed in freedom.

Black and white make the space more beautiful.

取清茶閑飲，寄情杯盞，沉醉于俗常一夢。

Drinking a cup of tea and having an ordinary dream is life.

臥室 / /

Bedroom

臥室延續(xù)了同樣的清雅質(zhì)感，床頭半墻色塊（太空漫步+杏子灰）是特意添入的色彩表情，是以不對稱美感與空間形成對話。

The bedroom is also elegant, with the half-wall color block (space walk + apricot gray) at the head of the bed is very distinctive,

forming a dialogue with the space with asymmetrical beauty.

懸空梳妝臺模糊掉精裝房的刻板印象，連同室內(nèi)處處皆蘊(yùn)藉著的淡然氣質(zhì)，光影錯落處，愈顯溫度。

The hanging dressing table blurs the stereotype of the hardcover room, and it is full of indifferent temperament and very warm.

多功能房現(xiàn)場定制榻榻米，將客房、書房、收納集于一體，洋洋灑灑，完成功能與生活的適度疊加。

The tatami mats are customized on-site in the multifunctional room,

which integrates guest room, study and storage into one, superimposing function and life.

精裝房基礎(chǔ)上，布局微調(diào)、多方收納、以色彩重繪生活畫面，帶來質(zhì)感與功能的變化。

On the basis of the hardcover room, fine-tuning the layout, multi-storage, and redrawing the life picture with color,

bringing changes in texture and function.

①保留原有空間基礎(chǔ)布局，拆除南次臥過道儲物間墻體，設(shè)計雙面儲物柜，分別面向南次臥與過道，合理利用雞肋空間，優(yōu)化空間空間儲物功能。

②調(diào)整主衛(wèi)門洞方向，為主臥設(shè)單排衣帽柜，豐富主臥儲物空間，次臥設(shè)榻榻米多功能房。

③陽臺并入客廳，改善光線。
