1 MOMENT位于一個舊別墅區內，前身為居家所用，業主方是一間年輕的文化傳播公司，希望得到一個有趣但不失設計感的外觀改造。樓體三面開放，前面還劃分出一塊院子空地，清爽而且獨立。

由于業主方不想改動樓宇本體結構，所以設計師把考慮點放在外觀修飾上，窗戶門洞自然成為設計重點，最終把有趣的“幾何造型”感注入了本案的概念方向里面，原有方窗死板且普通，設計師把部分改成拱形，甚至圓形，也把原來呆板的陽臺排窗線條加以修飾，把2個大門處理成半圓形拱門，并在樓體轉角處改造出一個充滿儀式感的臺階，兩個飄出來的小陽臺底部修飾成圓潤的弧形結構，原來院子雜亂無章的樹木也被砍去部分，使得陽光重新落在了刷白的肌理墻面上，一切都那么剛剛好！這樣一來樓體三面充斥“點線面”的設計語言，幾何美學在改造后得到充分體現！
