設(shè)計(jì)的目的是為生活中重要的事情創(chuàng)造一個(gè)最好的環(huán)境。人作為個(gè)體永遠(yuǎn)是空間中最核心的。

The purpose of design is to establish the optimal environment for life’s essentials. The individual is always the focal point of the space.

We analyze the owner’s living requirements based on the space’s ambiance and a thorough examination of proportion, material, and light. We present the proprietor with the simplest and most tranquil space.

Because we believe that uncomplicated living and open space are scarce resources in the modern metropolis!

改造前：

153平，四室的空間布局。功能分布平均，房間局促且缺少變化，動(dòng)線單一。

改造后：

1：將原有廚房從入戶左側(cè)，移至入戶右側(cè)的儲(chǔ)物間，開窗保證廚房通風(fēng)。原有廚房的位置改為一條開放式的走廊，設(shè)置通往主臥和客廳的通道；

2：在玄關(guān)前，用西廚柜和背后的鞋柜，將玄關(guān)區(qū)域和室內(nèi)空間分離開，從而使室外空間到室內(nèi)空間有足夠的緩沖。并且兩側(cè)的通道增加了空間動(dòng)線的多樣性；

3：將平面圖左上角的兩個(gè)房間合并，作為業(yè)主的臥室，并且設(shè)置兩條通路，分別通向客廳和玄關(guān)走廊；

Prior to remodeling:

開放式的玄關(guān)保證，從入戶門進(jìn)來感官上的開闊性。正面的鞋柜，滿足生活需求，保護(hù)隱私。地面是水磨石預(yù)制板是業(yè)主對自己童年的家的記憶。天花的軟膜燈帶+鏡面讓玄關(guān)空間從視覺上擴(kuò)大了一倍。整體玄關(guān)區(qū)域是室外空間轉(zhuǎn)入室內(nèi)空間的緩沖，也是保證業(yè)主生活儲(chǔ)物需要的重要功能性空間。

鞋柜前面的圓盤原本是“寫意空間”的銅質(zhì)掛飾，我們將它一分為二，做成把手裝在鞋柜上，在保持它本身效果的同時(shí)，增加了它的實(shí)用功能和在地性。

餐廳是居家生活最重要的空間。餐廳位于玄關(guān)后方，由石材所做的西廚柜相隔，整體空間希望呈現(xiàn)出簡單自然的氛圍。餐廳吊頂由設(shè)計(jì)師：師史蒂夫Lechot設(shè)計(jì)。聚酯纖維的材質(zhì)和西廚柜的石材呈現(xiàn)鮮明的對比。

主臥室是將兩個(gè)房間打通合并成一個(gè)房間。在橫梁之下是VITSOE的置物架。天花兩側(cè)向下放坡，在業(yè)主的家中打造一個(gè)小房子。應(yīng)業(yè)主要求，在保證儲(chǔ)物功能的前提下盡量減少不可變動(dòng)的硬裝造型，整體空間以家具搭配作為主要手段。這樣家具的每次變換，都可以給生活，給家居環(huán)境帶來新的驚喜
